Shipping & Returns

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Returns

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your merchandise to our warehouse by mail up to 30 days from your item's ship date. Returns must be in original condition, unworn/unused with original tags and labels. Your return item(s) will be inspected upon arrival before your refund is processed. Packing slip is required.

Once we receive the returned merchandise, we will credit your account within 10 business days. Based on your financial institution, it can take up to 2 to 10 business days to reflect on your account statement once your refund is processed. Original shipping charges are not included in the refunded price.

If the return falls outside of this period, or the item is worn, damaged or not in its original packaging, we cannot accept the returned items and cannot give a refund. Also, we cannot accept returns for custom-made merchandise.

If you received an item as a gift and would like to return it to us, you will receive a store credit for the amount of the returned item. You can return your merchandise to our warehouse up to 30 days from your item's ship date. In order to process the return, we must be able to locate the order in our system. The order number can be found on the packing slip included in your package. Once we receive your merchandise and are able to locate the order, we will process your return.


Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Retail.KYHP@shopkyhorsepark.com and send your item to:
